Requestway sets only the cookies it needs to sign you in and protect forms. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't load third-party scripts that set any.
The cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
requestway-session | Keeps you signed in and remembers what you were doing between pages. Encrypted, HTTP-only. | 120 minutes of inactivity |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | Same as the session |
remember_web_… | Only if you tick "Keep me signed in": signs you back in after the session ends. Encrypted, HTTP-only. | Up to 400 days, or until you sign out |
Your colour theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and is never sent to us.
Why there's no cookie banner
Privacy law, including the EU and UK ePrivacy rules, requires consent before setting cookies that aren't strictly necessary. Every cookie above is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for (signing in and submitting forms safely), so consent isn't required and a banner would only get in your way. If we ever add a cookie that isn't strictly necessary, we'll ask first and update this page.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block these, you won't be able to sign in. The public pages work without them.
See the Privacy Policy for everything else, or email [email protected].
